Bonjour Je peux enfin vous écrire, lors de ma dernière commande cette été ,j'avais commander des cartouches d,encre réusinée mais malheureusement ma première expérience a été catastrophique, ça ma couté une imprimante. La cartouche c'est vidée dans mon imprimante, en plus c'était du bleu. J,ai suivi les directives de nettoyage ça n'a rien donné. Ma commande était : # 33152389 en date du 03/26/2015
