Good prices and good service. Only criticism is that some items are shown as in stock and available for shipping and it turns out that they aren't really. My last order was done in 3 shipments over almost 2 weeks.

Not sure yet. Have to return a defective HP61XL coloured ink cartridge. Had a 2 hour Phillipino conversation with HP tech support! Hoping the new one I just ordered will solve the issue.

I didn't really understand the "Spendable Credit Rewards" or how to apply them to my order. I did use a coupon code so maybe I couldn't use both. Other than that excellent as usually and just noticed you have started carrying the compatible ink for my other printer. so.... Yeah!
