The last set of ink cartridges that I purchased were the worst. they never printed correctly they were the generic pac that cost 38 dollars and I bought 2 sets. I am very disappointed in the ink while I like the service.

Phone number entry insisted on remaining red despite it containing a valid phone number. Proceed button failed to work. Had to press enter while re-entering the phone number for the fifth time. Guesswork was unfortunate.
