I HAVE ORDERED THIS EPSON CARTRIDGE IN THE PAST. HOW EVER MY LAST ORDER OF THIS COLOR CARTRDGE KEPT SHOWING UP AS EMPTY AFTER [3] TIMES OF TRYING TO INSTALL THIS NEW CARTRIDGE, I REPLACED IT WITH ANOTHER NEW CARTRIDGE THAT CAME WITH THE SAME ORDER, AND IT WORKED JUST FINE.THIS IS THE ONLY CARTRIDGE THAT HAS EVER FAILED THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FRON 123 INK. THANKS BOB. PS; NOW MY PURCHASE OF MY 10'' TABLET HAS BEEN A BIGGER PROBLEM BEING THE CAMARA IS ON THE FRONT OF THE TABLET NOT ON THE BACK SIDE. CAN'T SEE WHAT I AM TAKING A PICTURE OF ON THE SCREEN.
