I wish I could give a higher rating. My "2 stars" is a mix of: 5 stars for dealing with 123 Ink. Nice website, easy ordering, quick delivery, responsive people, problem handled quickly and professionally, with good resolution. 0 stars for the actual product though. Reman ink cartridge for HP Business Inkjet 1100 - by all indications they did send me the right ink which should have worked. First one didn't work though. Replacement also didn't work. Refund was quick and hassle-free, which was about the best ending possible to an unfortunate situation.
