I installed it Immediately after receiving it (via Cda Post) and the prints that were produced by my Epson PictureMate Photo printer came out absolutely perfect. As a matter of fact, my printer with this compatible cartridge (T5570) produced better prints than anything that the professional machines at Walmart and other places could produce. No problem with this product even thought my Epson Picture Mate knows and tells me it is not an original Epson cartridge. Plus I do not have to buy Epson picture paper every time I need a new ink cartridge.

Received this product and it was soaked in in even though the plastic bag holding it was completely intact. So disappointing and won't be ordering from this company again!
