    It was new to of the carton and only one Color would work.. I bought two so put the second one in the printer and it worked This is the second time this has happened using these cartridges. They owe me two 78 rbefills!

      piece of junk. After so many years of receiving excellent 123 ink service, you sent me garbage. It is a lesson to me not to order the G&G product.

        both cartridges have been returned because are defective. my previous do work but have no ink. please call me at 514 4847391.
