The cartridge was easily put into machine according to instructions. The first and subsequent copies came out mostly black on one side and dirty from ink smudges on the opposite side. My formerly old, but wonderfully functioning Canon photocopier, is now making a terrible noise, is dirty inside and all copies coming out of it now, using my old cartridge, are dirty and unuseable on both sides! I got a runaround from customer service. NOT HAPPY!!!!
