The ink seems light. I sent it back for another one. Excellent Customer service! However, the second one performs the same as the first one. I checked and verified all my printer settings and the drum is also a new one bought from 123InkCartridges.ca so I do not beleive it is the printer's problem. Since ti does not work for me, I sent it back again for a refund. I was very impressed with the Customer Service helping me through the whole process!!
