Ordered two cartridges. One broke when inserted into the printer. Print quality doesn't compare to original Brother unit. Not worth the cost savings IMO. I won't bother pursuing refund/exchange for price of cartridge. This is the first item purchased from 123ink.ca that I haven't been happy with. Received a defective HP compatible ink cartridge that was replaced without any issues after providing more information regarding defect.

Unfortunately this cartridge is NOT compatible with the Brother machine that I have. it is missing a part that holds it firmly in place. Customer service just insists that it will still work but it loosens after one or two copies. Did not give permission to send back and will not spend more money to return. Garbage.
