purchased ink cartridge received junk, useless. you replaced it again, more junk, useless. called again, was told I could receive a full refund or credit in store. I chose the credit in store. Wrong choice. I have tried to use credit , can only be used for certain purchases. ?????????? I should have taken the full refund. Will I purchase in future? I think not.

I installed this cartridge s soon as it arrived and it worked without a problem. I give it 4 stars because I'm finding the pictures less saturated than I expected, but I've only tried a few pages. I use this printer only when I need colour on graphs, etc.

Bought 1 time and asked for a second one and unfortunately all three Colors wasn’t working properly they was only the red one which is cyran that came out once I print. But at least I’ve been refunded without need to return any of these cartridges. Excellent customer services
