Placed ink cartridge into my printer, and it was working fine. Started to do some printing, and the Cyan Ink in the cartridge quit working almost right away. Product was sub par, but the company that sold it was great. They processed a refund for me immediately. Sad that I did not get a good ink cartridge. Not sure I am willing to try a 2nd one from the same supplier.

Sa fait quand même plusieurs cartouche que j'achète chez-vous et surtout cette cartouche à l'ouverture de la boîte, elle manquait de couleur ( les deux ne fonctionnait pas ) sa fait un investissement qui coûte cher. Même après plusieurs nettoyage de tête de mon imprimante rien à faire. Impossible d'avoir toutes les couleurs. Donc, ma mauvaise expérience me porte maintenant à acheter les originaux pour ne plus à avoir le même problème. J'étais fier d'avoir trouvé ce site pour des cartouches pas trop cher , mais avec le résultats qui m'a couter deux cartouches de ma poche. Il me reste des noir en espérant quel fonctionneront.
