Pas sûr encore, il y a une trainée d'encre sur le bord gauche des copies... peut-être que ça va se corriger à la longue???

Not clear printing and black power drops.

Dear customer, thanks for your review. This product has a 1% fault rate, but most of them work fine. Please contact our service to get a replacement.

The price is right but it tends to leave ink residue. And forget printing envelopes. The residue is even worse and looks unprofessional. When I called them about it they wanted me to go through some lengthy process to get it working. All the things you do when you open it. Then they said I'd need to send it back, at my expense, they'd inspect and send me a new one if anything was wrong That won't happen for a $30.00 cartridge. But for printing stuff for every day home use it really is a huge savings. I'm not sure how confident I am the ink will stay on the page for years either. You just need to decide how important it is keeping what you printed. Also if you need to send it. I wouldn't use for a resume that's for sure. I'd buy it again and use sparingly.

Toner I bought from you was not compatible and I wanted to replace it or return it. No one ever got back to me. I still have that toner, so please contact me, and replace it for a one that works.
