J'utilise régulièrement ces cartouches, jusqu'à présent, jamais eu de problème. Bonne qualité d'impression et ça ne vaut pas la peine de payer pour une originale! Les cartouches compatibles sont un choix judicieux pour ceux qui impriment principalement des documents bureautiques. En plus, la qualité est au rendez-vous et le rendu est aussi résistant qu’avec le toner original. Aucun message d'erreur ou de comptabilité. Quand on calcule l'économie totale du coût d'une compatible, c'est facile de choisir!

After forever looking around high and low for a toner cartridge that HP is no longer producing, but that would fit my old and outdated laser printer, someone recommended your company as a last resort. And lo and behold! They had it, I ordered it, and it arrived without further delay. I'm one happy customer!

Works great as it should

I bought this article, but I received an used cartridge and the quality of the printing is very bad. The ink is all over the paper. In fact, I purchase 2 of these and there is a difference in weight. It's not the first time that I try this website and it's not good. I print 10 pages and the quality is very bad....

While other users may have found these remanufactured cartridges useful, I found, with both cartridges I purchased, that after a few pages, the resulting prints had grey stripes and ghosting on the printed pages. Seems another reviewer who bought a two-pack had similar troubles. Maybe the singles are different, or we just had the same bad luck. The company accepted me returning the cartridges and refunded my money (no issues). Hope other users have better success with their cartridges.

Cartridge leaked toner as soon as it was installed. However the customer service was very good, BUT, the item was out of stock and they did not get back to me until I contacted them several days later. The GOOD part . They promptly offered me a full refund or wait until item in stock again. I asked to upgrade to better product. Awaiting reply.
