celui recu n est pas compatible avec celui recu donc ch-r6625 ne fonctiionne pas meme apres vos instructions.JE souhaite recevoir le bon produit.

première cartouche reçue ne fonctionnait pas après l'avoir retournée une autre a été reçue et celle-ci ne fonctionne pas non plus, donc ce n'est pas très agréable.

neither of the cartridges produced a decent color print. It looked like the color red was missing. I tried the eraser as suggested but same result. I won't be using your products anymore.

Can't get these to work on my printer??. I've had these cartridges before and worked great, but the last two won't work on my old printer ??. It's an older HP Deskjet 842C
