    This cartridge would not work in my hp 1315 all in one, gave me an error message. Contacted customer service and they emailed me instructions on how to solve the problem. It did not solve the problem and they promptly processed a refund to my credit card.

      Incompatible cartridge error when inserted into Officejet 5510, and top label covering fill holes came off cartridge.
