Installed the new laser cartridge in the printer. Almost immediately It broke the gear on the motor due to the fact the drum was too hard to turn I compared it to the old drum and it was significantly harder to turn the drum on the new cartridge This caused the gear on the motor to break. So now I need a new gear because the printer is now useless and some one to install the new gear.

C'est la deuxième cartouche que je reçois et elle est toujours défectueuse. Pour vérifier que c'est vraiment la cartouche qui est en cause, je remets l'ancienne cartouche (qui est en fin de vie) et le problème disparaît ! Je renonce...

it did not fit to put into my printer, this is useless, i already check with my old toner, HP 74A 92274A, everything remain the same with the one that i buy for you, it didn't help even i have a new toner
