I didn't use it, and I couldn't return it because I had opened the box. My printer broke down before I could use it and I decided to buy another brand. I explained this to you but you refused to take them back, so I'm out $170. Never will do business with you again.

Heard about 123ink.ca from an IT person in our company and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Ordering, delivery and installing was seamless and we're back up and running. They will now be our go-to supplier for whatever we need that they carry.

Used for an old printer. Works just as well as printer manufacturer's toner but at a much lower price.

Thanks for your professional handling of my account. The package arrived at our local Post and I was notified of its delivery, most importantly the cartridges I ordered worked great on my old HP printer. Will definitely re-order in the future.
