The cartridge I ordered (Lexmark E120) serves me well for most every-day purposes. I would not, however, use this cartridge for professional purposes, such as submitting an article for publication, the reason being that the print produced with your cartridge is fainter than the print produced by cartridges made by Lexmark. As well, sometimes a printed page has diffuse cloudy smudge marks on it - yes, I have rolled the cartridge back and forth as instructed. I would give the cartridge you sent me 3.5 stars out of 5 if your evaluation scheme were more finely calibrated.
