Bonjour, l'encre tache le papier. Je ne peux utiliser les impressions puisqu'elles sont tachées. Je suis très déçue. J'aimerais même échanger la cartouche si possible. We got this to replace one we bought from you that leaks ink. This one gives us a message that there is no ink detected in the unit. Wasted money on 2 cartridges The return instructions say if you open it you can't return it. I would like to know how you are expected to know it is defective before you open it??? Won't be using your company again.
