Student Where do I start? 1. Excellent customer support. It took about a minute for me to get online support with a real person. 2. Don't need a credit card. 3. Took only 4 days to arrive from Montreal to my mailbox in rural Manitoba, and the postage and handling was minimal. 4. If I bought it at, for eg, Staples, I would have paid $22.00 more. So, I saved $22 bucks. 5. Easy to install. 6. Good, legible instructions. 7. Looks like the real thing. 8. Most importantly, works like the real thing. None. Sounds like I work for the company, but I don't and don't know anyone who does. I'm in Manitoba. I'm just very impressed that it took only a few days to get to my mailbox, and I paid just a basic rate for postage. Impressed with their customer service. And, it's just a great product - as good as the brand name. I couldn't have had a better experience with this company. So that's why I'm so enthusiastic. I'm giving this 5 stars, not the 3 it shows.
