Ne fonctionne pas

I bought two of these and one so far will not work no matter what I try including all the troubleshooting tips outlined in the package. I found out that these are no longer made in the US! Last time I ordered them they were still made in the US and I had no problems with them at all with my HP deskjet 3650. But these are newer versions that are now made in Malaysia and might be inferior quality...I will get around to trying the other cartridge soon so hopefully the one defective one was just a one off...

I ordered this product for my hp office jet 5610x1 all in one. the product you sent is apparently not compatible with my printer. I would suggest the printer head is not programmed correctly or you sent me the wrong product. The printer came to a crawl speed upon the introduction of the new cartridge. This is the second time this has happened with your supposedly compatible product. An unfortunate circumstance. but these things do happen.

First one was defective lasted only fifteen copies. It would not install at first and then I kept getting messages that it was not compatible with my printer. I had to change to a Hewlett Packard original manufactured product ink cartridge to get my printer to work normally again. I will not be buying the remanufactured ink cartridges again. They are a waste of money. I will be buying only the original equipment manufacture's ink cartridges to avoid the problem and inconvenience. Delivery was very fast and right to my door. There I said something positive. Now send me my five bucks.
