One cartridge worked for about 4 pages worth of printing, the second one not at all. Needless to say I feel ripped off. Will be seeking a refund.

la cartouche noire ne fonctionne pas

I bought 2 of these, the time it took for it to leave the warehouse was way too long. Then when they arrived 1 of them doesn't work, we followed all the instructions given to make it work, we did it 3 times. My husband made the mistake of shaking it which just sprayed ink all over the room. We were hopeful then that it would work in the printer and it still didn't. TOTAL WASTE!!

Did not work out of the box in a HP Officejet J3680. Had to soak cartridges in warm distilled water at request of support. Printing improved somewhat but lost a lot of ink in the process.

Ne fonctionne pas avec mon imprimante malheureusement, je dois acheter les originals. Unfortunately doesn't work with my printer, I have to buy the original ones. Printer : HP Deskjet F4180
