I purchased this cartridge for a friend that was complaining about high cost of the OEM cartridges and showed him the '123 ink cartridges site' and told him about high satisfaction that I have had with all the ink and toner that I have purchased from '123'. I also told him about the company that stands 100% behind what they sell and the GREAT SERVICE that I have received over the many years that I have dealt with them. J.P.

THIS IS THE WORST INK I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! I ordered 2 cartridges, the first would not work at all (thanks for the refund). The second streaks and skips sections that are to be printed, even when using the "best" printing option. If I don't print for a few days, the first page that prints out is illegible. I will never purchase this ink again. Better to spend more money on reliable ink. Right now, almost every page I print is a waste of money.
