    the cartridge is fine but when the ink gets to half it stops working, saying that it is not genuine product and needs to be replaced

      I want another Hp 98 C9364WN Black ink Cartridge because accendly it leaked out the black ink when I opened it.

        I had one that malfunctioned. Printer kept telling me it was not installed correctly. installed a 2nd and it worked with no issues

          first one did not work, printer's light was clingning. After I call your service the girl gently replace and the new one seems to work fine . In general I am very happy with your service. gilles

            Pretty decent. Sometimes (not often) they will not work after a few prints or will dry out after a while but overall they are worth the savings. I print very seldom.
