printed about 20 pages in two months and the printer is telling me the ink in this cartridge is out

These are not working this time. Usually, they are not too bad but this batch was awful. The contacts are worn out. They are not a shiny copper colour. It looks like they are not even there, just a black spot even when I clean them with a bit of rubbing alcohol.

My HP Officejet 150 Mobile All-in-One printer doesn't like these cartridges. it won't produce prints and calls them counterfeits. It wants me to use HP cartridges. Please take care of this problem for me!! Thank you. Susan

Out of date 2015/03 and received 2016/04 and very difficult to organize a replacement. No loyalty here. Not sure if I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends due to the inconvenience we went through. CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES .

I have been buying HP ink cartridges from 123Inkcrtridges since 2012. Recently the new product that I'm getting are no good and soon after starting to use them I get errors & stops printing. However, 123Inkcrtridges has given prompt and excellent customer service in replacing or refunding.
