Have used these cartridges for several years with good results. An odd one sometimes will not connect with the printer but is readily replaced free of charge by the company Have saved a bundle of money compared to OEM cartridges.

I have been a regular customer of yours and have also referred many friends. Good products, except of late the cartridges have started giving error messages as "please replace cartridge" or "cartridge error", etc., which is frustrating. After resetting the cartridge, it works okay for some time, after which, I have to redo the process. Once, I have even got the cartridge replaced. Customer Service has been EXCELLENT and exceptionally prompt. No hassles and totally trouble-free with prompt free replacement. Keep up the good work.

Yes, the black is much better than the colour. I like it, comes out sharp when I print. Black ink is very good.
