I ordered several of the Epson 88T088120 cartridge, so that I would have back up, nothing worse than trying to print and you've ran out of inc. Here's my problem...my inc cartridge was still very full, but on my printer it said "Ink cartridges not recognized.".... I've been ok with them for a while now. I tried taking it out and shaking it.... cleaning the printer as suggested by the 123ink C/R rep... no luck. The said that they would replace it. And they did send me a new one in the mail. I use one on of new unopened packages, in the meantime... it printed for a bit and the same thing happened again. I call C/S back again.. this time they did not give me a replacement one... not happy about that. It's not my fault that the product I ordered didn't work. Althea

It's OK.

Two different cartridges "incompatible" with printer and one cartridge missing the yellow tab. Finally, the third cartridge was accepted.
