Unable to take a print because printer couldn’t recognized cartridge, when we try to print, the message pops up and always ask to replace genuine (original) cartridge

Since this company has switched to Moustache brand of cartridges, we find two problems: they are no longer compatible with the previous brand of cartridges we bought from them, and also, the Moustache brand cartridges expire prematurely. We've noticed we are forced to change the cartridges with only a fraction of the ink used, and much remaining. We cannot continue to use them because the embedded chips control the printer reading of the ink level, which the chips falsely indicate is empty. Research indicates this can only be remedied with a chip reset tool, which we don't want to do. While the price of these is great, unfortunately, we have to dispose of all our partially used cartridges, and switch to another provider.
