I have only purchased from this company once - several years ago - because the toner cartridges lasted so long! I have repurchased toner cartridges from this company in 2024 as they are a much better value than the OEM cartridges (I compared the same name brand cartridges at Staples/Walmart/Costco at those company's Canada and USA websites)..

Have been buying this cartridge for a number of years. Perhaps 20 in total. Only one toner stopped printing after a few hundred pages. Shopper replaced it under their warranty very quickly. Great service, great price and arrives by UPS within 5 business days. UPS tracking # works to perfection. Happy to do business with Shoppers +.

My go to for OEM toner -- a third of the price as the original and prints just as well. Can't go wrong.

I've been buying this for many years because the print quality has been excellent. When I buy a cartridge, it usually sits on the shelf for a few months before I need to use it. In all that time, I've only had one defective cartridge which was promptly replaced no questions asked by Customer Service even though it was almost 18 months when they sent the replacement.
