Je viens d'utiliser deux cartouches dans deux imprimantes et depuis cet action les deux imprimantes refusent de faire progresser le papier. Donc, elles ne fonctionnent plus. J'ai regardé les nouvelles cartouches et comparer avec les vieilles cartouches et elles ne sont pas identiques malgré des numéros de modèles identiques à savoir MTC-104/FX9/FX10. Je ne sais plus quoi faire il me reste 4 cartouches neuves depuis la dernière commandes et parmi ces 4 , 2 sont encore intactes dans leur boite. Regardez le coté droit de vos cartouches ce n'est pas pareils. Celle près du bord de la table c'est la plus neuve Gilles Bourgeois

Quality is good but can't print 2000 paper and last 2 years. year 2010 quality was good. Last year November I bought and now its finish.

I gave a star only because my previous no star review was not accepted. Ordered a few of these cartridges and they never come close to lasting the stated number of pages. This last one caused a red error light to continuously flash on the printer for not being compatible and started making loud noises while printing after a while. Very annoying. I will not purchase this brand of toner again.
