Seems to work fine. Box was opened before - it was missing some of the packaging material and the black bag containing the toner cartridge was cut open. There was so. much. toner. on the outside of the cartridge, I had to clean it up (and myself afterwards) before putting it in my printer. Works fine at the moment.

Received this product and installed it in my printer and it has performed with no issues. I was originally thinking of ordering two tonners but thought I would try one first. Now wish I had ordered the two. Will order again and probably other products from Shoppers.

Put it in last week. Seems to be working fine.

No issues so far.
