Product works but since this is the third or fourth time I've ordered this from 123, I knew to expect that. What is fabulous is the speed of delivery. I ordered on Saturday and it was delivered to me in Ottawa today. Great service, great price. Thanks!

This is an old tank of a printer. 123Ink is one of the last places I can get cartridges. Affordable, but better, yet, they work. The previous cartridge was leaving black lines from a damaged drum. Now the printer is back to perfect printing!

Great. Clear and crisp production.

After waiting for 2 weeks to receive it, it was defective. Was sent back and my money was refunded but I was disappointed.

Great product meets all expectations

This cartridge was not compatible with my printer. A previous one did work but this one printed the page completely black, then jammed the printer. I was unable to completely remove the jammed paper and had to but a new printer.
