I have been ordering printer tonors from here for years. Never had any problem. Always well packaged and shipped quickly. So much cheaper than the OEMs. This one is for my oldest printer. I always keep at least one on hand. Though the warranty is for two years, I have installed tonors that are older than two years and they always work fine.

I ordered two ink products. I was basically out of these two printer inks. I explained the urgency to the agent taking my order. She said she would try to have shipping put it out from Montreal to Vaughan On the same day. I called the next day as I had not heard the status of my order. To my surprise the order had been delivered!! Now that was exemplary service by all! Veterans welcome. Put the inks into the printers. Plug & play as usual! Howrah! Thank you.
