On the rare occasions I get a defective product from Shopperplus (maybe twice in the past six years or so), they have really stood behind their product and replaced or refunded it rapidly and without hassle. This was the case for one of these toner cartridges, and Shopper refunded the defective one, then I bought this replacement and so far it works fine. Five stars to Shopperplus for excellent customer support, which is another reason I'm happy to do business with them and recommend them to others.
