If you are in NA region, don't bother with this. The chip on the toner is region-specific and the ones I received is not recognized by my printer. I bought two, both have same issues (Region Mismatch Error). I need it urgently so the first one I was able to replace the chip with the one from my run-out toner (also a refurbished, but bought from a different seller) and get it working. So I contact customer support to report this issue and they finally send me one to replace - same issue with the replacement. I did not even bother to send back the replacement for yet another replacement which probably doesn't work for the same reason as my time is more valuable then constantly unpacking and repacking and shipping out the toner for replacement.

Dear Justin, Thank you very much for your reviews. For some unknown reason, your printer may not recognize the new compatible toners. You could contact us to get the return shipping label to return it back to get the refund. We have 1 year warranty for the toner.
