This product is good quality and is working as expected. Delivery was very fast, less than 4 days. We had difficulty finding this product anywhere until we found 123Inks. Website was good and easy to navigate and purchase items. The price on this item is good and compares to most compatible cartridges. Overall I would give this product a very good rating and the purchase experience was very painless also. Paypal was used with no issues and there is this follow up survey.

It works good

Replaced the Magenta cartridge and had a little trouble with the printer telling me it was not the right toner but eventually after a few removals and re-insert of the cartridge, the printer finally accepted it and appears to be ok now. Fingers crossed that when it is time to replace the other colours, I won't have the same problem.

Aside from they are not available anywhere this product are good customer service also good.

works great however there have been a couple that the printer did not recognize. so if you purchase a back up check it before the warranty runs out or it will not be replaced.

My brother worked for Canon and always told me the reason printers are so cheap is the companies strategy is to make their money from consumables (ink cartridges). These are as good as the original, and easy to buy.
