I was disappointed for the first time as ink cartridge by Mustache didn’t work... Luckily I had also ordered another product from what I believe is a different manufacturer that had no issue. Not sure it’s really worth my time to call for a refund.

Have ordered for years and been happy with their product but due to expensive shipping if you don't order $49; I always have to buy more than I need and usually use it within the warranty period but due to COvid the last two years; have not used very much ink. Now I have this one and another one and more than half full but printer won't work till I put a new one in and company won't warranty the 2 I have that are 3/4 fill. Guess they dry up if not used . Not a happy camper; eliminates the bargain of buying from them,

Product was fine, customer service was horrible... contacted them and was pretty much told to bad... Shipping should have been free per email header received for Boxing Day - it had a qualifier of a specific amount.
