Wow, this is the worst toner cartridge I've ever had and I've gone through dozens of them. 10 pages after install, wild ink streaking across ever page. Went through cleaning cycle and was good for about 10 pages, then streaking again which cleaning cycle did not solve this time. Also, the ink is so faint that you must use full ink print every time, still looks faded. Stay away from this.

Il imprime la page toute noire, en plus le feedback avec service à la clientèle passe très mal car on se mettre d'accord sur chose après il me donner pas la suite . Il m'a proposé le remplacement ou le remboursement ni l'autre malgré nous avons communiqué par emails et par téléphone plusieurs fois. Mais malheureusement juste après accrochage du téléphone je me suis oublier.

The cartridge I got prints a repeating pattern of several black dots every 3 inches. From what I read, it means the printing drum is defective. I'll probably end up getting the toner out of this cartridge to use in a different one. Total not worth the price I paid with shipping.
