I have a Dell 964 All-in-one printer, copier, scanner, fax. When it ran low on ink I contacted Dell to re-order cartridges and was told, to my dismay, that Dell doesn't make cartridges for that model any more. I set the printer aside and bought a wireless model, but one that didn't fax. While searching on-line I came across 123InkCartyridges. Eureka! They had cartridges for my Dell, plus cartridges for my top of the line Epson printer I hadn't used for years. And at a price that was less than I would have paid than if I had been able to get them from the store or Dell. 123InkCartridges now have not just one new customer for life, but three our daughter and youngest son both needed cartridges.. Thank you for the great product. The quality is really great. Price compared to the OEM is excellent. Very happy with the product. I will surely order it again. The shipping cost was completely taken off as it reached the free shipping amount. The shipping was very fast and on time I got the product. Installed it on printer right away and there you go, the printer accepted it right away and did not have to do any set up or manipulate the printer. Very happy with the print quality.

These cartridges are good, that's the reason I am still buying. I haven't started using them yet. Iast indent 2 cartridges were dried up which I could not use. I am happy they were replaced by the company.

I am using for long time. I love it.
