The printer was unable to get all the colors firing at 100 percent. No matter what was tried, the colors were either weak or not firing at all. I do commend Shopper Plus Tech Support for attempting to trouble shoot the problem. In addition, I praise Shopper Plus for offering to replace the cartridges or provide a full refund. Their overall customer service is excellent.
