The company surely stands behind this product. I received a replacement cartridge for a previous purchase which was faulty. My recent purchase is working very well. To a recent reviewer about their computer indicating the new cartridge was low on ink is prompted by the fact that these are not original manufactured cartridges which the computer does not recognise, hence it's warning, which should be ignored.

I just recently installed this cartridge in my Dell all in one printer, as this product is no longer produced by Dell. So far it is working well for which I am thankful.

I was pleased with my purchase as this product worked just as well as the original product and will continue to purchase these poducts in the future.

It is a good product, I appreciate that I can find this cartridge at InkCartridges.ca
