      Did not work at all. Had to return the whole order. Had it tested by a local ink cartridge company and the chips? we're not working.

        Some one needs to call us back or arrange to explain solution to Error codes! It has been weeks and no resolve! We need this printer so get us a solution today not weeks from today! You have the money now I want a product that actually works!
