Quality is good but can't print 2000 paper and last 2 years. year 2010 quality was good. Last year November I bought and now its finish.

I gave a star only because my previous no star review was not accepted. Ordered a few of these cartridges and they never come close to lasting the stated number of pages. This last one caused a red error light to continuously flash on the printer for not being compatible and started making loud noises while printing after a while. Very annoying. I will not purchase this brand of toner again.

SINCE YOU HAVE CHANGED TO THIS MOUSTACHE LABEL THE YIELD OF COPYING WENT FROM AN AVERAGE OF 2000 PLUS COPIES TO BETWEEN 400 TO 600 COPIES DOING THE NORMAL COPIES. I HAVE USED THE SAME CARTRIDGES FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I USED THE MOUSTACHE LABEL ON THIS COPIER. I AM HAVING THE SAME POOR RESULTS WITH MY HP LASER PRINTER WITH THE MOUSTACHE NAME. YOUR COMPANY HAS HONORED YOUR COMMITMENT WITH THE GUARANTEE WHICH IS VERY VERY COMMENDIBLE. YOUR SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY BUT YOUR SUPPLIER FOR THESE CARTRIDGES IS CHEATING ON THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCT. I AM SURE OTHER CUSTOMERS OF YOURS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS BUT THE MAJORITY OF PERSON DO NOT COMPLAIN THEY SIMPLY ACCEPT IT FOR A WHILE AND THEN FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER. I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONEL BUT THE SIMPLY SAY THEY CAN DO NOTHING AND SUGGEST I USE THE OEM AT $94.00.
