they won't work with HP printer

The delivery was fast but the product was very disappointing! Only a faint trace of the light blue was visible but not even a trace of black or the other 4 colors.

It was dated2013 and my printer would not accept and would not print anything. It kept saying the ink was outdated and no ink in it. I had to go and get the proper Hp cartridge and it immefiately acknowledged the correct ink and after a few tries, did print for me. Although I have opened the 2 cartridges, I would very much like to return them for credit to my Visa account.

Fast delivery. Photosmart D7260 wont work. Did reset with power off for 5 minutes, did clean and re-install - nothing works! printer says: replace cartridge or push OK but there is no button to push. Lights keep on blinking…….

Impossible d'utiliser ces cartouches car mon imprimante fait part qu'ils sont périmés ou vides à cause de la date et elle reste toujours non fonctionnelle. Un regrettable investissement. Non serviable et objet inutile. Moi, qui voulais aidée la planète, c'est raté
