Sorry to say that the ink cartridges were rejected by the HP printer, identified as not HP product and ended up making extremely poor quality colour prints. As this printer was about 9 years old, I decided to retire it and get a new one, suitable to my needs. Although disappointed in this product I have had many successes with your company and will continue to deal with you in the future.
