J'ai téléphoné chez vous et j'ai dit à la personne qui m'a répondu que je voulais des cartouche d'encre pour mon imprimante Canon iP4500 elle m'a dit de commander les cartouches Canon BCI-3e et BCI-6 ce que j'ai fait mais il ne fonctionne pas j'ai communiqué avec le support@shopperplus il semble que il n'y a rien à faire pour corriger le problème .Merci
