          Sorry I can't give a good rating in 3 weeks your ink plugged my magenta, no cleaning would fix it. ( This printer has never had a head issue for as long as we have had it 6 yrs ) I purchased a new head, not refurbished , 2 weeks later yellow plugged. Another head back to canon ink and no problems. With the cost of the heads it has not been a cost effective at all.
