        This item was ordered at the same time with my other order. It was the wrong cartridge. I am not sure whether I ordered wrongly or whether it was a mistake by the shipper. Not serious. Always impressed with how quickly the orders are delivered. Thanks.

            There was some confusion about the flex delivery. The post office almost sent me to another location for pickup. Other than that, the product was shipped efficiently and promptly. Keep up the good work.
