Ordering process was easy, delivery was very fast. The actual product itself was lacking. Black did not print at all, colored cartrides printed but printed the wrong color (printed purple instead of orange). Disappointing, but you get what you pay for, quality wise I suppose.

The quality is the same jst as the price ,or just about but I find myself ordering much more often.

Bonnes cartouches, mais il faut faire attention: parfois, elles sont vides avant que l'imprimante nous l'indique, alors l'imprimante peu fonctionner "à vide", ce qui semble avoir endommagé une tête d'impression dans mon cas. Comme je n'ai pas payé mon imprimante cher, ça ne me dérange pas énormément, mais je serais plutôt vexé si mon imprimante avait été plus dispendieuse. Donc, un conseil: dès que vous avez l'impression que votre cartouche imprime moins bien, changez-là, même si votre imprimante indique qu'il reste de l'encre à l'intérieur!
